Q. When can I expect my merchandise?

A. Most items are shipped in 2 - 3 business days.  Please note that each product may utilize different shipping options.  Depending on the product(s), delivery may be received from different carriers and at different times.  All orders will be shipped within 7 business days.   In the event that the product has been backordered, we will notify you via email.

Q. What are shipping and handling charges?

Q. How do I return products and what is your return policy?

A. All return and refund requests must be made in writing or email within 30 days of purchase.  Please include your name, address, phone number, email address, order number and reason for return.  We will notify you by email confirming receipt of your request, and we will provide instructions as to where to return the product.  Your credit card will be credited upon verification of receipt of returned products less Shipping and Handling charges.  All returns must be complete, in original packaging and in new, undamaged condition.

Q. Can I exchange products?

A. Any notification of damaged or defective merchandise must be made in writing or email within 14 days of purchase.  Please include your name, address, phone number, email address, order number and the problem with the product.  We will notify you by email confirming receipt of your notification, and we will provide instructions as to where to return the product.  Upon receipt of the damaged merchandise, replacement product will be shipped to the address on the original order.
